A security deposit is not required unless the booking is for schoolies. Normally a credit card imprint is taken and guests sign our reservation form, where-on they agree if they cause damage either in or on the property, their nominated credit card can be debited.

Yes, after hours check in is available. Guests should advise their ETA on the booking form and leave a mobile number as contact. Office staff will contact the guests as to check in details.

Reception is normally available 24 hours. However, if unattended, managers live on site and are easily available by ringing the number on the reception door.
Yes, Theme Park tickets can be booked at reception. Some sites want you to print out pre-purchased tickets. Those tickets can be printed out by having them sent to merrimacourt@bigpond.com in your name.

Guests wanting to enjoy a BBQ on site are offered a mini WEBER BBQ for use on their balconies. Enjoy the fantastic taste of a BBQ whilst enjoying the fantastic views from your balcony. We also have 65 FOXTEL Satellite Channels for guests enjoyment. Movie Channels, Sports Channels, including FOX Footy, and Sky Racing. There are also kids channels, lifestyle, wildlife, UK TV, BBC and News Channels. We also have a Swimming Pool open until 9.30pm nightly.

Unlike many other complexes Merrima Court provides full linen for all our guests. Fully made beds with bathroom towels, tea towels and hand towels are all included in your Merrima Court stay.
The apartments are serviced weekly. Linen changed, beds remade etc.
No, the pool is currently not heated. Merrima Court is located 50 metres from the ocean. Our pool is normally ocean temperature.
